Information:
Our troupe performs at the Minnesota Renaissance
Festival, seven weekends in August and September, a total of 16
days. We have multiple stage performances each day. We also have
the opportunity to participate in other activities and shows
throughout the day. Practices occur year round with less
frequency in the winter and greater frequency in spring and
summer.
If you are interested in joining...
Step 1 - Email your name, email address, and a
phone number to
directors@terpsichory.org . Include good times to call.
Step 2 - Participate in a phone/in-person interview.
Step 3 - Attend a lesson/practice.
Step 4 -
Participate in a follow-up discussion.
Member requirements:
All members must provide their own outfit.
Dancers are required to be dressed as a Lord or Lady. Musicians
should be dressed as merchant class or better. As needed, we can
assist in finding and/or making your outfit. All members must
choose a character name and create a back-story as needed. All
members need to be able to perform a minimum of 50% of the days
at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival.
